Photo courtesy of John Mitchell, CHHA Secretary 1. No one under the age of 10 is allowed at the beach unless accompanied by someone over the age of 14. Direct, responsible supervision is expected at all times. 2. No dogs are allowed at the beach property for any reason. 3. No glass is allowed on the beach at any time. 4. No diving from the dock at any time. 5. No throwing rocks or sand. 6. No swimming will be allowed outside the roped off area. 7. No running and NO pushing on the dock. 8. Goggles, diving masks and snorkels may be worn within the roped off area. 9. No bicycles, skateboards, skates, or roller-blades on the dock. 10. No inner tubes, fins, life jackets or any flotation devices are to be used. 11. THE LIFEGUARD'S WORD IS THE LAW. Appeals should be made to the Association President. 12. Patrons are not allowed to use whistles near the beach. 13. No one is to be in the Lifeguard Chair except tech lifeguards. 14. The Beach Boat is for lifeguards only, as is all life support equipment. 15. Damage to any property or equipment will not be tolerated, and should be reported immediately to the Chairperson of the Beach and Grounds Committee. 16. No parking motorized vehicles on beach except to load or unload boats. 17. NO FIRES ARE ALLOWED on the beach property without special permission in advance from the Homeowner's Association. 18. BEACH PROPERTY IS CLOSED AFTER 10PM - unless permission is given in advance by the Association President. (THIS IS ENFORCED BY STATE POLICE AND COUNTY SHERIFF.)
